The space Comfortable, clean, neat and tastefully decorated. This Unit is designed to take description of a small semi-attatched flat. Kitchenette with basic self catering equipment. Comfortable TV living area with open plan kitchenette l, WiFi, Netflix, You Tube and comfortqble seating A doublebed bedroom with ensuite shower room toilet and basin. A smoking area in the front garden. Water feature(currently undergoing repairs) garden, carport parking. CCTV.ù Guest access Guests are permitted to use the front garden, which might be shared with the owners from the main building, no barbequeing. Guest parking available infront of the unit. No pets allowed. No visitors to our registered guests are allowed. This property is our main living space, please respect our rules and privacy, as we do yours. Other things to note 1.Only guests on original booking confirmation will be permitted to sleep over. Only 2 guests per unit. 2. NO Prostitutes. 3.RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED 4.ONLY 1 contract worker per booking 5. NO safety boots allowed in the unit 6. Guests are asked NOT to use the furniture while wearing soiled overalls. 7. Gueats are not permitted to use Sofa as a overnight bed 8.PLEASE take note that our unit DOES NOT have any recording devices installed. The (eye) sensor situated near the ceiling fan is the sensor for the remote control for the ceiling fan/light. 9.CCTV only surveys the outer parameter of the building 10. Loadshedding is a reality in the lives of South Africans, so is the rocketed cost of electicity and fuel (gas) 11.The generator will be running for any 2 hours during Loadshedding times 18h00 in the winter and 22h00 or 19h00 during summer and 22h00. guests may request extra generated power. This will be charged as an additional fee of R50 per hour. 12. Geyser(Furnace) will be heating for an hour from 05h00 to 06h00 and 17h00 and 18h00(Loadshedding permitting, heating time will be adapted). Guests will have hot water mornings and evenings. 13. No sort of pets are allowed at all.
