Holiday house - swimming pool, Finnish sauna and hot tub

The building with a swimming pool and Finnish sauna and hot tub is located on a fenced plot, next to a family house in the village of Rudník near Vrchlabí. On the ground floor there is a common room, which also serves as a kitchen and dining room. Next to it there is a toilet and 2x shower. Upstairs there are 4 rooms and a second toilet. Equipment: kitchen - electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, common room - TV, satellite, DVD, radio. There's an automatic washing machine on the ground floor. Other things to note THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR ENERGY. The hot tub must be arranged in advance and the price for the stay is CZK 1,800. The sauna can be arranged on the spot. The price for 3 hours is CZK 400 Refundable deposit CZK 3,000 + fee per person CZK 28/day. Paid on the spot. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
