With our clean rooms, hearty breakfasts and seafront position, we're sure you'll agree. The space Our double room can be used for 3 people as a family room. We remove the table and chairs and place a guest bed in. The room is at the back of the house and has a cosy en-suite shower room. During your stay I started the business with my husband in 2004. Our son came along in 2007 and we pride ourselves on being a friendly family run B&B. We are very involved in the Scout Movement in Southend and we are very passionate about encouraging and teaching life skills to young people. There may be times when we will leave a key in the key box whilst we are at various meetings. Our son loves dancing and again with transporting him to his clubs, we may leave a key out for you.
