Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected and drafted by an interior designer based in Costa Ricas capital San Jose and handmade by Costa Rican craftsmen. Wooden sliding gates at the sides of the terraces can be closed for maximum privacy, which makes The Green House perfectly suited for families, groups of friends or private yoga retreats looking for an exceptional experience. House equipment: - Kitchenette with gas stove (2 hotplates) - High quality kitchen equipment including coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and fridge - Kitchen table with classy and modern Art deco chairs for up to 3 persons - King-size bed ( 200 x 200cm / 79 x 79 inch) - Sofa bed (140 x 200 cm / 55 x 79 inch), armchair and coffee table - Two comfy armchairs (both with ottoman) and a small side table on the deck - Air-Conditioning - 1 indoor fan - Plunge pool equipped with pool lights - USB sockets - High-speed internet access The guest have access to the entire property including the free parking area and two outdoor lounge areas. In order for you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, The Green House comes with a daily cleaning service, pool service and security guard from sunset until sunrise. Guest access Arrival: We generally recommend a 4x4 vehicle for your vacation in Costa Rica and for Santa Teresa in particular. Some of the roads in Santa Teresa are quite special. A mix of asphalt and dirt road. The Green House is located on a hill, just 300 meters above the main road. The drive up and down is much more comfortable and easier with a 4x4. Therefore our Pro Tip: Please always specify a 4x4 when booking a vehicle. Gate: To get to the parking lot you have to open the gate with a PIN. Our private concierge service will provide you with all information after booking. Parking: The guest have access to the entire property including the free parking area for 3 vehicles. Other things to note Security: The Green House has a security service at night for your personal safety Environment: The Green House is not only a name for us, but also a goal. Tourism with the least possible impact. Waste: We recycle and compost all waste. All houses have waste bins. Please help us to separate the waste. The rest is done by our staff. Thank you very much! Drinking water: All houses have a carbon water filter system. The water in the Green House is therefore drinking water. This saves you money and avoids plastic waste. Waste Water: We have our own sewage treatment plant that treats our waste water. The purified water is then reused for our plants in the garden and returned to nature in a purified state.
