The owner comes from an interior design background and UTOPAI was created with a vision of designing a modern ethical living space in harmony with nature. You will stay in a space which provides modern day comforts where we have landscaped and harvested; tropical flowers, herbs, medicinal plants, fruit trees. Surrounded by variety of wild local birds, natural stone boulders. The accommodation is a bright modern open layout, an open air large fully equipped kitchen. Lots of different areas to relax inside or outside along with a large private garden. Surrounded by many edible fruit trees and the sound of running water/creek. There's also a short walking path to a private deck right outside the house where you can enjoy, hang out and relax by the water. We strive to provide all the amenities you need for the perfect stay. Guest access This is a 1 story house on a large piece of land with an additional 3 other dwellings. You will have access to the entire house & a private garden area as shown in the photos. From the main gate of the property,  you have access through a paved road which will lead to a private parking area and the entrance to the house. The house is privately tucked away and has additional rush landscaping with a private deck to the creek. Only 3-5 minutes walk to enjoy the communal spring salted swimming pool & a large open air building where you can hang out or enjoy the scenery of a mountain view. Swimming pool and Pool house open; 9:30AM-9PM. The spring pond & the creek area open 24 hours. You're also welcome to explore the gardens around UTOPAI. No unregistered guest allowed at Utopai without permission. Other things to note The house included a free high speed internet wifi router and a Lan line cable (270-400 Mbps). Our water comes from our private filterd spring which has high alkalinity from the land. You will have access to our fresh spring drinking water directly from a dedicated tab at the kitchen faucet, to shower with and our salted swimming pool. Our elevation is at 630 meters above sea level, 122 meters higher than Pai city center, cooler temperature. There is 2 wall air-conditionings on a living room and a bedroom. We are able to organize the following for you with enough notice; *Food delivery; Online app: Line man food delivery. *All in one brand new full size multi functional baby bassinet swingable bedside sleeper, 3 adjustable levels, full size play yard, rotatable toys with music, mosquito net, diaper changer, moving wheels & organizer/storage from newborn to toddler, age; 0-2 yrs old. Fees; 150฿/crib/night (minimum of 3 nights), 800฿/crib/week. Massage • Deep Tissue massage oil; 450฿/hour,, 650฿/1.5 hour/highly recommend for a full body experience. +We also provide a homemade cannabis oil to your choice for an extra fees (highly recommend for pain relief). • Thai/stretching massage; 350฿/hour, 500฿/1.5 hour/highly recommend for a full body experience. *Location; If massage cabin is not available, massage table or mattress will be set up inside your home. ××For appointment request; please inform us date & time, type of massage, & duration for massage. Sauna; *Dry herbal sauna; 2hrs/session, minimum of 2 people, and maximum of 3 people for each session, 150฿/person. *Stream Herbal Detox Sauna; currently out of service! Minimum of 2 people, and maximum of 8 people, 2 hours/session. 2 people= 250฿/person 3+people or more= 200฿/person ***Temporary out of order. @For both dry and wet sauna; please request for preparation in advance. Outside guest must be inform and request in advance. Hours; 3PM-7PM. *House Cleaning service: 200฿/hour. *Event/gathering with an unregistered guests. Please request & inform us in advance, there is an extra charge for swimming pool uses, 200฿/person. ***For guests staying a month/over 28 days or more, electricity(6฿/unit) will be excluded. Water and gas bill are free of charge. Some personal daily use items are not provided; toiletries, cooking sauces, coffee and cleaning agents.
