Located in one BEST of Seminyak tourist town : very short walk to Seminyak BEACH and very close to trendy shops, top restaurants, bars, night life, and the Bintang supermarket. it is a paradise in the heart of Seminyak. We provide washing machine and detergent. No car parking, scooter ok The space Although very short walk to beach and major tourist places and being in the center but the villa nestle in no motorist/traffic area. all the neighbor are private villas. The villa has its own wall to secure privacy, it has own main entrance. Out door pool, garden, kitchen, living rooms, bath rooms are all private. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, and free flow gallon drinking water. Free wifi internet and international tv cable. All the bed rooms are up stair with good air condition. both bed rooms with connecting doors. the second toilet is next to the 2nd bed room, and to enter 2nd bed room is via 1st bed room. The full bath room is down stair. Washing machine and detergent are provided for your conveniences. Guest access The whole compound within villa boundary is only you who can access. About parking, it should be handy with out car or motor bike since parking in Seminyak town also a hassle and all within short walks. Other things to note - If you break our stuffs, please pay the replacement cost. - Please keep noise down to respect our neighbor - Always tell my villa staff what time they must come for cleaning - Please always tell my staff when to collect the key back when check out the day before
