Open spaces, shades of sea and sand, natural materials - feel the coolness of real marble, warmth of wood, softness of cotton and linen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the outdoor balcony. There is a magnificent garden with roses and fruit trees right under the windows of the apartment. Open the huge windows wide open and let in the fresh breeze from the sea. It is very close to you - a minute from home! The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, one of which is just huge - 30 sq m! The entire area of the apartment is 136 m. There is enough space for everyone! My apartment is located in a club residence, which is accessed by a magnetic key. There are no strangers and no atmosphere of permissiveness like in a hotel. You will be surrounded by well-mannered pleasant people. You do not need to get up early in the morning to take up free space on the sun loungers of the pool. In general, you will not have to fuss and run somewhere.But at the same time, you will have all the amenities of a 5-star hotel - a sauna, an adult and children's pool, an outdoor jacuzzi in the air and inside an apartment, a barbecue area, a tennis court, a fitness room.. And most importantly - the sea! A well-equipped beach is waiting for you right across the road. Mahmutlar is a place where shtetl benevolence seems to be in the air. Forget about the negative resort areas with huge flows of people. You are in another Turkey. Mahmutlar is located between the sea and the mountains, there is a unique climate and people too. It is not customary to rush here. People just enjoy life walking along the promenade or the main street of Barbaros, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a farmers market, where prices in Turkish lira are the same for locals and tourists. Mahmutlar is one of the districts of Alanya, it is only 10 km away, buses run from early morning until late at night. You can even walk on foot if you wish. There is a pirate fortress of the 13th century, Damlatash cave with healing air, a funicular to observation platforms, nightclubs. It will not be boring!!! The stop of buses 1 and 2 is right outside our residence. You can go anywhere, and if you rent a car, I will tell you so many interesting places on secluded beaches where only you will be, to historical monuments, where buses with tourists do not take. This land is rich in its attractions, and I have the appropriate education and can draw up a plan for you as well as a guide in a hotel. Only on the way there you will not need to stop by in a bunch of overpriced shopping centers, as is usually the case on organized excursions. I will also help you rent a car. And I will order a transfer from the airport if necessary. Just tell me the flight number and the driver will meet you right at Gazipasa or Antalya airport. The price is 30-50 euros one way for a car of 1-5 people. Minivan, you will like it) Due to security requirements, the guest will be required to provide a photo and data of a valid passport and a selfie with a passport. Reservations from guests under the age of 24 will not be accepted due to party risk. Please contact me before arrival and give information about the time of arrival and the number of guests. This accommodation is intended for guests only, commercial activities are prohibited. It is forbidden to make noise during quiet hours, smoke, have parties, be by strangers not specified in the booking. We also ask you to take care not only of the property of the apartment, but also of our residence. Penalties are provided for each violation.
