Villa Palamita Luxury is located in Specchia, nestled in the countryside, and is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation within walking distance of the center. Specchia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is described by many as a village halfway between the hills and the sea precisely because of its strategic location. The property is located 15 km (9 miles) from the stunning caves and coastlines of the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful golden beaches of the Ionian Sea, offering the opportunity to visit new destinations every day without having to travel long distances. The space The villa is on the ground floor and consists of a living room/kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and freezer with a dining table and sofa bed. The sleeping area has two spacious and bright double bedrooms, and two bathrooms complete with all amenities, one of which is inside one of the bedrooms. Each room is tastefully furnished, recalling the Salento style with colors and terracotta. Outside, guests can relax and enjoy the sun in the above-ground swimming pool, for exclusive use, in total privacy. In addition, the outdoor table will allow you to dine outdoors and enjoy the evening breeze. Villa Paliceddi has amenities such as: hairdryer, washing machine, TV, iron and ironing board, barbecue, mosquito nets, free public parking, air conditioning in every room and internet. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one-off). If necessary, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, at an additional cost of €15 per person. - Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.50 per night per person, from May 1 to September 30, for guests aged 14 and over. The tax is not included in the price of the stay. - Domestic animals Pets are welcome in our villa and are subject to a surcharge. It is mandatory to indicate its presence at the time of booking. Any animals not previously communicated may not be accepted or may result in a request for an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid cars using the sockets of the house or common areas, which are not designed for this use. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
