Featured in the media, the open-air bath is sure to impress! 3 floor of the 3-story building is reserved for your stay. ★FEATURE ・Keisei Hikifune Station: 7 min. walk ・Steel frame, seismic and fire resistant construction ・Open-air bath with a spectacular views ・Sheets and towels are clean and the same as the hotel The space 【About the Open-Air Bath】 The open-air bath are traditional Japanese cypress (Hinoki) bathtub. Since it is made of solid wood, it is washed and dried every day. Due to the wood's nature, the surface will change over time and it is not a sanitary issue. Swimsuits are also recommended if privacy is a concern in an open area. Swimsuits are not available for rent. Please prepare your own. 【About the Size of the Room】 The room is 16.76 ㎡. (Including bathing area is 21.39 ㎡) Up to 2 persons can stay comfortably. Some guests may feel cramped if there are 3 large adults in the room. Please check the size of the room before making a reservation. 【About Stairs】 There is " No Elevator " in the building, so you need to use the stairs to transport your luggage to the 2nd floor. The staircase is a 75cm wide spiral staircase, so please be careful if you have large luggage (over 26 inches). In addition, the exterior stairs are made of metal, so you may hear some noise when other guests walk around. 【About Identification】 To verify your identity, please share your photo with us after completing your check-in. Other things to note ■ Private open-air bath (rooftop shared) ・Each group may use the baths for up to one hour at a time. ・Free and no reservations required, available all day (be aware of volume if using late). ・You can use the baths as much as you want within 3 hours. ・Each room has a private bathroom. ・Please operate the heating function by yourself outside of 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ■ Submission of guest information All guests are required to submit the following information. ・Name, address, occupation, nationality ・ Passport image ※ Japanese nationals are not required to submit a passport, but are asked to submit a photo ID such as a driver's license. ※ In order to comply with Japanese law, reservations may be canceled if guest information cannot be provided. ※ We will manage your personal information responsibly and will not provide, sell, or share it with any third party. Please note that lockers large enough for suitcases are rare, and may not be available when you arrive. If you would like to check in early, please contact us after 9:00 p.m. the day before. We will accept your request only if you do not check out on the same day. If you check in before 2:00 p.m., an additional 3,000 yen will be charged. ■ Check-out Please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is available for 1,000 yen for 30 minutes. ※ Luggage storage is not available after check-out. Please use the coin lockers at Keisei-Hikifune Station. ※ If you need to send your luggage, please contact a convenience store (7-Eleven, Family Mart) directly. ■ Rental Bicycles 1,000 yen/bike + deposit 4,000 yen/bike (8:00-20:00 on the day) Takoyaki hot plate 1,500 yen/day (15:00 - 10:00 the next day) ※ Please ask in advance. ※ If the item is on loan, you may not be able to prepare it. ※ Cash payment only on the day for bicycles. ※ Deposit will be refunded when you return the bicycle. ■ Towels and linens Please note that towels are provided for the number of guests regardless of the number of nights. ※ Additional towels are available for 200 yen/towel. ■ Paid services As this facility is not a hotel, some services will be charged. ・Cleaning during stay, collecting trash, and replacing towels ・A lot of garbage (more than 6 45-liter garbage bags) ・Bulky waste disposal (suitcases, over 30 cm in size, etc.) 3,300 yen per item ・Delivery of forgotten items ※ Please feel free to contact us if you are interested. ■ Garbage Disposal Garbage collection during your stay will be handled as commercial waste and is subject to a separate charge.
