The accommodation is secluded and quiet, with the private beach 400 meters away. The airport is 20 km with an easy, direct route from State Road 144. It's a bit far from urban centers, so a car is recommended The space You will be welcomed in a spacious parking area within a fenced property. Upon entering, you'll see the patio, and in front of you, your accommodation awaits. Enjoy two large verandas at the front and back of the house, already furnished for outdoor lunches, dinners, and picnics. To your right, you'll find two rooms: a separate unit reserved for the owner, who, when present, highly respects your privacy, and a small technical room serving as the laundry. Parking and laundry facilities are shared with the owner. Remember: You'll have the use of the entire ground-floor villa at the cost of an apartment without encountering other tenants! We are confident that your stay will be an experience of complete privacy and comfort. Guest access Laundry room and all the external spaces of the house are available for the use by the guests and are shared only with the owner. Other things to note Although we are a tourist, ours is a lease for all intents and purposes, so no personal services such as cleaning, making beds, ironing, serving food/drinks, etc. are provided. At the end of the tenancy, the accommodation must be left in its original condition and (undifferentiated) waste must be disposed of in the municipal waste bins located at the entrance to the village.
