It's a charming, quiet duplex of a 100m2 plus private, walk-around balcony, perfect for drinking coffee, tea, or wine. The spacious living room with a wooden floor is a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a huge comfortable sofa couch and a wall-mounted flat-screen with access to hundreds of channels. The loft has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with artistic touches and a bar where you can enjoy some of the best Korcula wines. A fully equipped bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a washing machine on the same floor. Beautiful wooden spiral stairs will bring you to two separate, spacious bedrooms with a queen bed and wall-mounted TVs. The loft is equipped with 3 airco's units (in every room) and Hi-Speed WiFi. We also thought of our little guests and added a Playstation with multiple games. This beautiful loft is located in one of the most beautiful streets in Korcula's old town. Ismaelli street is decorated with cute household trinkets, picture frames, and shells from the sea. It's a perfect photo opportunity with a bench situated directly in the middle of all the street arts. The unit is within easy reach of bus and ferry terminals to Split and Dubrovnik airport towns and 60 m/200ft from the nearest sea/beach. Other things to note Please keep in mind that the building is over 700 years old, and our neighbors living below can hear loud noises. We kindly ask you to remove your shoes when entering the loft and to respect the local quiet hours from 2 PM to 4 PM, as this is a traditional rest period. In the morning, you may be gently woken by the beautiful sound of the cathedral bells. If you prefer to sleep in, we’ve provided earplugs for your comfort.
