Darwin's Townhouse provides accommodations a 5-minute walk from the center of Shewsbury. Shrewsbury Train Station is a 12-minute walk away. There are 19 bedrooms across the townhouse, located throughout it's Main House and Garden Rooms. Darwin's Townhouse is located close to the River Severn with its fine riverside walks, yet is within a 6-minute walk of Shrewsbury Cathedral. Nearby are many excellent restaurants and eating houses of all kinds. Birmingham Airport is 55.7 miles away. As Darwin's Townhouse is a beautiful Grade II* listed Georgian building, the main house retains many of its original architectural features. Please note that all bedrooms within the main house are accessed via stairs to the first and second floors, and we do not have a elevator.
