Three miles from McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, a liquor store, grocery store with pharmacy, and Starbucks. The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil's Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other tourist activities. Guest access The entire house, attached single-car garage (can fit mid to large SUV), fire pit and patio areas are yours to use. Private hot tub at the house is included in stay and is professionally serviced/cleaned in between each stay. Base area and Granby Ranch community pool/spa are less than 1 mile from property. Community pool/spa are available for renter use for a fee, payable by renter at the pool desk. Guests under the age of 8 are free. If guest desires to use pool, will need to provide proof of booking (app and address are sufficient) to pool staff.
