The perfect place to unwind and relax in a quiet area but still very close too all the fabulous amenities of Benalmadena. There is also air conditioning and heating. There is a communal pool (open all year), gardens, elevator and private parking. The space The apartment is located in Benalmadena Costa, west of Malaga and 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous marina, which has many international restaurants. You do not need to rent a car in this apartment. Benalmadena is a municipality of the province of Malaga, consisting of three major urban areas; Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga is about 12 km west, with Marbella in the east. The area has grown rapidly in recent decades through tourism and has become one of the most important locations of the Costa del Sol. Benalmadena Costa is home to most attractions, the most important being the beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and throughout the year there is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and all public areas in the small-scale complex but someone is available if you need them!
