The 64 sq m apartment can accommodate up to four people and modern, stylish furnishings with attention to detail. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed and a spacious closet. In the combined living/dining area with open kitchen is a high-quality leather sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine. After an eventful day at Lake Constance, you can relax on the balcony with a glass of Lake Constance wine and enjoy the evening. The apartment Seecharme is a feel-good oasis that allows you a relaxing vacation. Arrival and parking: You can access the apartment via the external stairs: from Bergstraße about 37 steps or from the garage 85 steps. The apartment is located behind the second door on the right. A duplex parking space (above, number 69) belongs to the apartment. Please note the dimensions (see pictures). The garage is accessible via the forest path (house number 27a). Directly at the garage are the garbage room (right) and a bicycle cellar (left). Important note: A laundry package is available per guest, which includes a shower towel, a normal towel, bed linen and sheets. The local city tax of the municipality is charged separately per night per person.
