You will have access to the entire home (except the locked owner's closet in the hallway) and 1/2 acre lot with ample parking for at least 5 cars on the large circle driveway. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note Please note Sea Pines charges a guest/renter gate pass fee. You pay this fee at the Sea Pines gate upon arrival. They only accept cash.
