It consists of 6 rooms, including the superior double room "Ponente" of the Laguna dei Fenici B&B, which boasts a panoramic view and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the sea. The room has a private bathroom with a heated shower, hairdryer, 32" TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. A single bed can be added on request. Guests can also take advantage of a large communal garden, ideal for relaxing moments. Guest access Guests have access to several common areas of the property, including a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a solarium and shower, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. Breakfast, sweet or savoury, is prepared with fresh local products and is served in the garden in the shade of a large pine tree, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, guests can take advantage of the Mediterranean garden and, for those who wish to explore the surroundings, canoes and bicycles can be rented. However, please note that the property is not equipped to accommodate pets. Guests also have access to the shared kitchen and barbecue, offering additional options for their stay. Other things to note The villa that houses the B&B is located within the Stagnone nature reserve, just 20 metres from the waters of the lagoon. As it is located in a somewhat isolated area, it is advisable to have a car to facilitate travel. Breakfast is included in the rate, offering a carefree start to the day. In addition, the nearest kitesurfing schools are only 400 metres away, ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
