The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the first floor. - King-sized beds, Heater, TV, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, and attached balconies with mountain views are offered in both rooms. - Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in both bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms - both on the ground floor. - 1 living room offers to seat up to 10 people and is equipped with a wired music system, CCTV cameras, TV, and a heater. - The other living room seats up to 8 people. - There is a separate dining room that provides seating for up to 8 people. - There is a 2,500 sq. ft lawn. - It can seat up to 8 people at any given time. - There is a garden near the parking area. - There is a recreational room on the first floor. It is equipped with a billiards table, table tennis table, board games, BarcaLoungers, Smart TV and carrom. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens, and guests do not have access to the main kitchen. - Guests may use the guests’ kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. - Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members in the staff quarters, at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, exclusive of meal charges. This is subject to availability. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests play indoor games like table tennis and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and soak in the beautiful views of the sunset. They can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also venture out and go on forest trails and indulge in stargazing. Guests can also enjoy their favourite movies on the Smart TV. ADDITIONAL COSTS - The barbecue kit is available at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living room. - There are 2 cats and a puppy residing at the property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
