The space This apartment is located in a central area of Lisbon, allowing you to explore the city in a practical and convenient way. With about 100 m², the space was designed to provide comfort and functionality. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, ideal for additional guests, functional bathroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for both short and long stays. Inserted in a traditional building, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, without an elevator, maintaining the typical charm of Lisbon buildings. It is equipped with all the essential amenities, including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and kitchen utensils. Our team is available before, during, and after your stay, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and well-accompanied experience. Guest access Access to the apartment is simple, safe and completely remote, through a safebox/lockbox located at the entrance of the building. Prior to your arrival, our team will provide a unique access code, valid only for the duration of your stay. For your convenience, a video with detailed instructions will also be sent, explaining step by step how to access the property. If you have any questions during access, we will be available to assist. Other things to note INFORMATION – There is the possibility of early check-in from 12:30 p.m. or late check-out until 3 p.m., subject to availability and with an additional cost of €30. – Access to the house is exclusively by stairs and typical streets of the historic areas. The buildings do not have an elevator, so they may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. – Parking is public and on the street, subject to availability, or in nearby paid private parking lots. We recommend that you look in advance for the most suitable options around the property. – As it is a central and urban area, on certain days or times there may be some noise associated with city life, including typical nightlife in traditional neighborhoods. – There may also be occasional noise from construction in neighboring buildings at certain times of the year, situations that are beyond our control. – All our properties are equipped with bed linen, towels, blankets, pillows and essential utensils, designed for your comfort during your stay. – We do not have cribs for children, although the sofas can be used to accommodate children. – Check the list of amenities to see everything the apartment offers. Silence is mandatory between 9 p.m. and 11 a.m., out of respect for the neighbors. – Pets are accepted for a fee of €15 per day, per pet. You rent the entire house, exclusively for you, ensuring total privacy during your stay. 2. Is the house located in the center of Lisbon? Yes. You can check the address listed in the ad and check Google Maps. All our properties are centrally located and well served by public transportation. 3. How is the access from the airport? We recommend the comfort of Uber or Bolt (about 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic). Alternatively, you can use the subway to the nearest station (check the address on Google Maps). All of our homes are close to transportation. 4. What are the amenities of the house? See the full list of amenities in the ad. We provide towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils, heating and portable fans, among other essentials for a comfortable stay. 5. I'm driving. Do I have parking? How much is it? We do not have private parking. Parking is on the public road, in the immediate vicinity of the property, or in paid private parks. The rates vary depending on the street. In Lisbon, as a general rule, parking is controlled between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with no nighttime supervision in most areas. 6. We arrived early. Can we come in early or store luggage? We have the option of early check-in at an additional cost (see conditions above). We are unable to store luggage without an early check-in reservation. 7. Is there any discount or special offer on the price? Our prices are fixed and listed, ensuring transparency and equality for all guests. 8. Is the house near local shops? Yes.
