Looking for a perfect place to get together with family or friends; organize a seminar or simply share a unique place with your colleagues. The house is made for you! Ideally located, just 20 km from Orléans, 100 km from Paris, and 1 hour from the Loire Valley castles; everything is there for a pleasant time. The space PLEASE NOTE, housekeeping, as well as linens and towels ARE NOT included. You will discover this magnificent 360 m2 mansion, divisible for 4 to 14 people to stay with colleagues and/or to meet with family or friends. This large comfortable house is surrounded by a 4000 m2 closed and fenced country setting. Enjoy its fully equipped kitchen and its large living room that will seduce you with its fireplace surrounded by large sofas, home cinema screen, and grand piano. A veranda with garden furniture is adjacent to this beautiful space. A games room is also available (ping pong table, table football...). This room can be modular to be transformed into a meeting room using its overhead projector or an additional bedroom with its sofa bed. Upstairs you will find 5 large bedrooms with double and single beds; as well as 3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet. If necessary, a baby bed is available for your use. To welcome you, coffee/tea is provided. SHEETS can be requested, for an additional charge of €14 per person for single beds and €20 for double beds. Housekeeping IS NOT INCLUDED, and can be requested for an additional fee depending on the number of people. Guest access The accommodation is located in a closed courtyard of 4000 m2 with remote controlled gate. Other things to note This house is located in the heart of Neuville Aux Bois, a municipality consisting of a small village with many shops. A market is held every Monday morning in the square. Some castles are nearby, such as Château de Chamerolles and Château d'Amoy. The Charbonnière estate, located in the heart of the Orléans forest, is often visited for its charming and relaxing setting, but also for its walks or bike rides.
