Relax and enjoy amazing sunsets with endless views from the balcony at any hour of the day. The space The house is in front of the sea and on the upper side of a two-story building. An outdoor stair leads you there, which also serves a studio located on the same floor, as you can see from the photos. In the lower part of the building, there is a restaurant. Functional and bright spaces as well as fully equipped. Big space veranda with an endless view of the sea. It has 75 m2 consisted of one open kitchen-living-dining room (where can host two more guests), two bedrooms (the one with a king-size bed and the other with a bunk bed), one bathroom with tub and storage (where there is also a washing machine). The kitchen has all the amenities including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. Guest access There is a backyard with an outdoor shower where you can have a short bath to wash off the sand from you. It is important because there is a risk of damage to the household evacuation mechanism. There is also a stair leading to the roof of the house but it is locked for your own safety.
