This warm, cozy and welcoming 1 bedroom apartment is full of artwork, photos and treasures from all over the world. Make yourself at home! Surrounded by wonderful neighborhoods; Grand Ave, Rose Garden, Lake Shore, Lake Merritt and Piedmont; who all have incredible restaurants, unique shops, friendly locals, nature and more. They are fun to explore. Easy access to public transportation, the freeway. It has it’s own off street parking! The space Feel like you are on an adventure all the while having a warm and welcoming place that feels homey & comfortable. I have collected many unique treasures and artifacts during my travels around the world, which are peppered throughout the apartment. The Queen size bed has a feather top & sheets; 400+ thread count, 100% cotton. Kitchen has anything you need. (I normally live here). The apartment's bathroom and kitchen has the original charm and character. Bath/shower. It's a safe neighborhood, I often walk at night on my own. The outside light is on a timer, you won't come home to the dark. The building tenants and neighbors are nice and quiet and look out for each other. For dog owners, there is a grassy undeveloped yard space at the rear of the building that can be used. Please pick up after your pet. Guest access • You will have the whole apartment, and one designated parking space (a bonus for this area!). • When you depart, please lock the door knob leaving the keys inside in plain sight & text me when you are leaving. Other things to note •  I will ask that you water the plants, for longer stays. • Coffee is in the freezer, I have a French press and drip option of coffee maker. • Help yourselves to any food that is in the house during your stay. I leave eggs and frozen waffles for breakfast. • Extra towels and toilet paper are in the cabinet across from the toilet. • L&M Launderette is located at 3411 Grand Ave (at Elmwood). Beside machines ($2.75 wash/$.75 dry), they will do your laundry in a few hours and charge you by the pound.
