Description

A cozy, self-contained loft with private entrance and deck, full bathroom with large tub, and a hotel-style kitchenette. On Astoria’s sunny South Slope with view of Youngs Bay. WARNING: steep, ladder-like stairs to the loft. Bathroom is downstairs. State parks/beaches a 10-min drive. Price includes 11% City of Astoria lodging tax. The space The suite at the back of my house is completely self-contained. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed (memory foam mattress) and a hotel-style kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. All linens and towels are provided, as well as coffee and tea. There's WiFi but no TV. Private porch with a view of Youngs Bay. The bathroom is downstairs from the bed/living area, and the stairs are very steep. Good for one or two guests, three if the third is a small child who fits on the love seat. However, it's an idiosyncratic space with very steep stairs, so I don’t recommend it for those with mobility issues or small children. Guest access You have access to: -The driveway for parking -The private back porch -And the loft itself Other things to note I will email check-in instructions the day before your arrival (or earlier, upon request).
