The beach is a short 10 minute walk away, or you can drive on the beach if you have a 4x4! A great holiday destination with many things to do and see. The space Once you have access, you will receive a remote to the roller door so you can park undercover. The lounge room a large comfy leather modular lounge so you can spread out and enjoy your favourite Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, Fetch or free-to-air TV channels, in complete comfort. There is a powerful reverse-cycle air-conditioner, to ensure that you will be cool in summer and warm in winter! Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with walk-in robe, second bedroom also queen-size bed with built-in robes, and third bedroom with 2 x quality single beds and built-in robes, plus a spare single mattress, if required. The walk-in robe also houses an ottoman which converts the lounge suite into more bedding options. Kitchen/dining with lots of natural light overlooking the rear gardens, complete with stainless steel gas cook top, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a formal dining table in separate dining room, which seats eight people. Family-sized barbecue fixed to house gas, along with a new 6-seater timber outdoor setting surrounded by quality drop-down cafe blinds, should you wish to enjoy the beautiful native gardens while you eat, at any time of the year.
