The villa has a luxury kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator, freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor; These bedrooms all have a sink in the room and there is also an extra toilet on the top floor. There is a cot + high chair available. Outside there is a teak garden set with parasol available. Of course there is WiFi and digital TV available. Unique detail: For an additional fee you have your own beach house on the beach of Sint Maartenszee. Location between beach pavilion North and South. Villa Park Anzelhoef Villa Donax is located in Sint Maartenszee, on the coast of North Holland in the beautiful and quiet villa park Anzelhoef. The beautiful hydrangeas throughout the park are a feast for the eyes in summer. The park is car-free and therefore very suitable for children. You have your own parking space directly at the house. A barrier at the entrance allows only one car per house to pass. If you come with several cars, there are parking spaces available at the entrance, free parking. There is a small playground in the park. To prevent nuisance from pets, dogs, cats, etc., they are not allowed in the park. The villa is also not rented to young people and parties are not allowed here. Area of Donax The dunes and access to the beach of Sint Maartenszee are only 900 meters away. There are 2 beautiful beach bars here. Het Wildrijk nature reserve is within walking distance. The landscape invites you to bike rides and walks. In spring you will be surrounded by blooming and colorful tulip fields. A unique experience. There is also a tennis court and golf course in the vicinity of the villa. You can do your shopping in a small Spar supermarket, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A little further on in Callantsoog you will find an Albert Heijn that is open 7 days a week. A bicycle rental is also nearby. Well-known places such as Callantsoog, Julianadorp, Schoorl (North Holland Dune Reserve), Bergen or Alkmaar and Schagen are nearby and can be quickly reached by bicycle or car. You can take a day trip to Amsterdam (about 60 km / 55 minutes) or to the island of Texel (about 35 km / 1 hour by ferry). The area offers more than just beach and sea for children. The Land van Fluwel adventure park, an indoor swimming pool and a miniature golf course are very close by. A little further on you will find the pirate ship in Camperduin and the climbing dune in Schoorl.
