The living-dining area is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to three large windows, a French balcony and a charming bay window. The decor strikes a balance between classic and contemporary, with soft tones, a comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV and a generous dining table – ideal for long, relaxed meals. The separate kitchen, located next to the dining area, is fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessary cookware. A large window provides direct access to a small balcony and ensures excellent ventilation.
