The booking price includes the use of our bicycles, the large garden house (e.g. for barbecue evenings or idyllic hut magic) as well as the entrance to the adventure world of Alpenbad and the cross-country ski fee for cross-country skiers. You need a minute walk to the nearest food market. We are the only house that offers unrestricted and unobstructed views to the south into the magnificent mountains of Tyrol and direct trail access.
