The space The apartment has an area of approximately 90 m² and is located on the second floor with a view of the Danube and with a beautiful covered loggia The windows face east, bringing morning sun and plenty of light into the rooms. The apartment includes a spacious living area, with dining table, chairs, cupboards and comfortable armchairs and a couch grouped around a coffee table. A bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet. The bedroom can be easily darkened. A fully equipped kitchen. Equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Guest access Access is via a staircase, the apartment is on the 2st floor with its own entrance. Other things to note We would like to inform our guests that the entrances, hallways and the courtyard are monitored by video cameras for the safety of all guests and residents. Once a week, a member of our team will visit the apartment, announce themselves by knocking, and check whether everything is in good order – for example lighting, hot water or small repairs – and answer any questions you may have. This usually takes place on Saturday around midday. Bicycles are available free of charge. A deposit of €500 per key must be provided, and by confirming the booking you accept this deposit. The local tax of €2.40 per guest per night is required by law and must be collected by us and forwarded to the City of Linz. Exempt from the local tax are children, pupils, students and people with their main residence in Linz.
