Guests from all over the world will have a chance to meet here. There is a BBQ grill and lounge seating in the backyard, hoping to make your stay comfortable and rewarding at the "Love Home". The space This house is 3,000 square feet. We have a professional cleaner that cleans all of the public areas of the house once per week. This will make the house fresh. There is a digital lock on the front door and on your room's door. I will send you the password for both of them on the day you check in. The front door is dark blue. To enter the password for the front door, you must first touch the black sensor pad and then enter the password. Make sure to end the password with the symbol "#". To open your room's door, first enter the password on the mini safe. The safe will be located next to your door. After you enter the password, open it and get your room key. Please lock your door when you leave your room. when you are ready to check out, please put the room key back in the mini safe. When you leave the house, please close the front door, the front door will auto lock after 30 second. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 big living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 1 full function kitchen; microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven, stove and a fridge with drinkable water. There will be cooking utensils and tableware. There is also plastic wrap and tin foil paper. There are 3 bathrooms with 24/h hot water and toiletries. There are 2 central air conditioners. It is an automatic controlled by the temperature outside. WiFi is also provided. There is a leisure chair in both the front and backyard. There is also a barbecue stove. There are 3 cameras, one in the front yard, one in the backyard, and one in the kitchen. This is to secure the house. The kitchen, living room, dining room and front and back yards can be used. Please keep the glass sliding door to the back yard locked when returning. When using a stove to cook, be sure to turn on the upper exhaust fan. If the smoke is very large, open the doors and windows to ventilate. The smoke alarm will stop sounding when the smoke diffuses. Please do not take off the smoke alarm. There is free parking. NO STREET PARKING ON THE SECOND AND 4TH THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH There is a street sweeping on the two days of each month. Please do not park your car on the road. If there is a fine (of course, there is a very small chance) you need to pay by yourself. Other days ,You can park your car in front of the garage has total three parking space, please park on the one side, leaving two other space for other guests. you can street park too. please park in side of our house, Do not locked other house‘s driveway. Regarding the mailbox of 5608 Shady : The key to the mailbox is hanging on the kitchen wall. Our mailbox is number 11, on the left side of the street opposite our house, please remember to put it back in place after using the key. Guest access Every guest please read this information before booking and Check-In. 1. If you have a fever, cough or has the corona-virus, then please do not book. 2. House rules Smoking is prohibited inside the house 、bathroom &your room! (including Any form of smoke and marijuana) People from outside (Not on the reservation)are prohibited from entering. No partying! Any illegal activities are prohibit! Please abide our house rules. If the guest violated a rule, we reserve the right to stop the order and give no refund. 3. House profile Our guests are all long-term.The guests are mostly business workers or students. There are No children and No pets. We are committed to maintaining a quiet, comfortable and warm environment. We will provide 24 hours hot water, Wi-Fi, basic daily necessities and camera monitoring. There is an automatic control of air-conditioning to keep the house comfortable. Please do not adjust the tempature. Please keep quiet after 10 o'clock in the evening. Please do not disturb our neighbors when parking and entering/leaving at night. Thank you for your cooperation. 4. Disinfection and cleaning We have professional cleaners to clean and disinfect all public areas of the house to keep the house fresh every week.
