We are right in the middle of the city. *Breakfast, (homemade organic brekafast ) every morning is 100 TL extra. Enjoy nice cozy garden... The space The house where Coşku and I live in is right in the middle of the city, but once inside you don't notice it!.. It is like an oasis. The house has some peacefulness that is different from all the business outside. The house has a lovely cute garden which adds to this peacefulness. We prepared this room for our dear guests. For more then a year I have hosted in İstanbul (check reviews). Then last year (July 2015), Coşku and myself found each other in Izmir, this lovely beautiful city. and we decided to combine our hosting experience which lead us to this wonderful antique, wooden Greek-style building where we are now... (May 2015) ... The room has a double bed and a single bed with clean sheets. Next to the bed by the carpet there is a seating area beside the window... There you have a kettle, some different kinds of tea and a bottle of water... The room has a very very high ceiling which makes your sleep quality much better. ... ***The homemade brekafast is 150 TL extra; the best quality filtered drinking water is free 24 hours in the kitchen(tap water is not very drinkable in İzmir); free wifi internet connection; towels; bed sheets etc... and you can use the big shared kitchen if you wish to... In the kitchen there is a separate fridge for guests. ... To tell more about our building: It is a restored antique wooden building, built before 1839! Almost all the rooms have 4 to 5 meter high ceilings and big windows which bring lots of sun light in. Mainly there are 6 big rooms, the smallest of them is 18 m2. *The garden has many fruit trees such as mandarin, pear, apricot, cherry, lemon, mulberry, pomegranate and flowers, a small fountain and a patio which is very cool during hot summer days. The building has three entrances. One main door, one side door to the other street and one for bicycles. Guest access We have a garden with a courtyard. You can enjoy resting there. We have a shared kitchen, where there is a separate fridge for our guests. The kitchen also is a big space and has a glass window in the ceiling. *We have bicycles for rent. İzmir’s main areas are mostly flat and easy for cycling… The seaside area which is just 10 minutes by bicycle, has a separate bike track.
