Welcome to our cozy Open Space in the quiet neighborhood of San Giuliano, a short walk from the center of Como. If you are curious to visit Como, this apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay: you will find yourself in a perfect location for exploring the city, admiring the magnificent landscapes of the lake and you will have numerous shops, restaurants and cafes at your fingertips. The space The Open Space is located on the ground floor of a historic house located a short walk from the center and easily accessible both from the stations and by car. Inside the apartment, which we renovated in the summer of 2023, you will find: - A sleeping area, with a cozy king-size bed (180x200 cm), two walk-in closets and a dedicated workspace. - A living area, where you can relax on a comfortable sofa and take advantage of the modern Smart TV with Netflix included. - A kitchen area with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and a round table with chairs. - Finally, a large bright bathroom.
