The space BEDROOMS This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom located on the 4th floor, featuring a King bed, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Located on the 3rd floor, this comfortable bedroom boasts a Queen bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 - This 3rd-floor bedroom features a King bed, smart TV, and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 - Perfect for families or groups, this bedroom features a bunk bed setup consisting of 1 Full size bed and 3 Twin size beds, complete with its own private en-suite bathroom. BATHROOMS You'll find 4 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. Every bedroom in this condo enjoys the luxury and privacy of its own en-suite bathroom setup. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large ski-day feast in the fully stocked kitchen. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
