The space This quiet apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Completely renovated with quality products, it has an internal staircase (small difficulty possible for young children). Guest access Access to the apartment is via the main street in an old building, without elevator, on the 3rd and top floor. The front door with digicode opens onto a wooden staircase leading to the 2nd floor in front of the apartment door. A small staircase will lead you to an atypical space. Not accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note Stiletto shoes are strongly discouraged. NON-SMOKING apartment. Thank you for respecting this. LINEN - Dry cleaning fee Double bed exclusively for 2 people. Depending on the number of people, if you want one bed per person and there are 4 of you, you will need to book all the beds, i.e. 4 provided for 6 people. Then plan for an extra €10 per bed to cover the dry cleaning costs. LONG STAY – Important: Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant as well as cleaning once a week, with change of sheets and towels at the rate indicated. For electricity, a meter reading will be made on arrival and departure of the tenant.
