The space As an extended stay boutique hotel, we have thought of everything for your home away from home. There is clever storage under the lofted bed, full kitchenettes, laundry rooms, trash chutes to dispose of waste, and water stations. We have a fitness center, workspaces, playroom items to utilize, a breakfast café, and a rooftop deck. Guest access Your room is all yours and guests are welcome in all common areas of Catbird. Other things to note We charge $50 per day in incidentals fees to all guests of Catbird at check-in. Monthly guests are charged for the 1st 30 days of stay. This hold will be released upon departure. DESTINATION AMENITY FEE: Catbird goes beyond the standard and offers a full range of bonus creature comforts designed to help you feel at home. Whether that means turning up the energy with a Peloton workout or winding down with a glass of wine on our scenic rooftop, there's something here for every type of traveler. FEE BREAKDOWN: For stays between 6-13 nights, a $25/night Amenity Fee is applied. For stays between 14-29 nights, a $20/night Amenity Fee is applied. Cleaning service may be purchased at $95 per cleaning. We will replenish all usable in room items 24/7. We are a dog friendly hotel. Sorry absolutely no other animals are permitted. Dogs are charged $75 per month. The first month will be charged through Airbnb*. Any additional months will be charged directly at Catbird. *You must notify us that you will be bringing a dog through Airbnb. Note: We do not charge a pet fee for dogs under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. This does not apply to emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. We ONLY accept dogs, no other pets are permitted at Catbird. A $500 professional cleaning fee may be applied if you or your pet leave the room in poor condition. This is based on manager discretion. Catbird offers valet and self-parking. Valet includes unlimited in & out privileges, front drive services, and your vehicle is parked in a covered garage at $52/night. MONTHLY VALET: $250 per month Self-parking: $34/night obtain QR code to garage from valet or front desk team. Street Parking: The RiNo Neighborhood has lots of free street parking. Please be aware of parking signs and street sweeping rules. Catbird is not responsible for any theft, damage, or parking violations. We are a smoke free property. There is a penalty of $500 if you are found to be smoking or vaping anywhere at Catbird. The room you are reserving is a Catbird Studio. We have ADA rooms available if the lofted bed does not work for you. Check in time is 4pm, check out is 11am. We will check you in early if a room is available. Please call Catbird on your arrival date to verify if you can check in early. We can store luggage, and you are welcome to enjoy our lobby space until we can check you in.
