The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry and is well appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils. Appliances include: toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Two tables for dining and gathering on the main level. The living room has new leather sofa w/ queen pull out sleeper and love seat with chairs complete with a large HD TV over the wood-burning fireplace. Patio has a private full-size hot tub, gas grill, updated landscaping and patio table with 6 chairs. Upstairs loft area has updated 1/2 bathroom, great windows, one queen bed and one twin daybed with twin trundle. Cable and internet provided with complimentary WIFI, and land line phone are available. PLEASE NOTE: We are a pet free home due to family allergies. We do not allow any pets in the home, this includes service animals and/or emotional support animals of any kind. Sorry, no exceptions. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the 3/4 acre lot with all the amazing views! :) Other things to note Our maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests at all times. There are no pets allowed on the property (both inside or outside).
