Close to everything Hollywood, but without the drama. 10-minute drive to Universal Studios, Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studio and 20 minutes from Magic Mountain. Close freeway access to Hollywood and Downtown LA. Bus lines right around the corner and the Metro bus line and underground minutes away. Trendy places to shop and eat right down the street. Just a few minutes' drive to Ventura Blvd or hipster Lankershim Blvd. The space 10 mins from Universal Studios, Disney studios, and Warner Bros Studios. Hollywood and Downtown LA is 20 mins away with a quick jump on the 170 fwy. Our neighborhood has long standing residents and they look out for one another. Whether you will be visiting for work or play, the friendly neighborhood will greet you. On most days there is a film shooting across the street at the defunct mall. Films which were shot in our neighborhood, Suburbicon, Straight out of Compton, Pineapple Express, Too Old to Die Young, Young Sheldon, Dipsticks and CSI just to name a few. Guest access Whole house.
