Renovated Holiday apartment, right on the beach

The cozy 2 bedroom holiday apartment has just been completely renovated (05/24). It is on the top (9th) floor and has fantastic views of the beach and fishing harbor from the master bedroom and balcony. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Kitchen with oven and induction hob, washing machine, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI. Plenty of storage space for longer stays. The space The apartment was completely renovated (May/24): New kitchen, new bathroom with walk in shower, furniture and cupboards. pool is a public natural pool in front of the apartment complex. It is protected from waves by a wall, it is quite flat and therefore also suitable for children. If you need a cot, please let us know in good time. Lots of storage space in the built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms if you are planning a longer stay. The elevator takes you directly to the beach promenade and the natural pool. Arguineguin, Canary Islands, Spain The La Lajilla apartment complex is located directly by the sea. All apartments have a sea view. The beach is right on your doorstep. There are other beaches in the immediate vicinity: Arguineguin (approx. 500 meters), Patalavaca (approx. 1,000 meters), the famous Anfi beach (approx. 2,000 meters). All beaches are connected by a promenade. The fishing port and marina are also only 800 meters away, and restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the newly created (September 2022) white sandy beach with another natural pool behind the harbour. Playa de la Lajilla - The natural pool with a sandy beach is right in front of the apartment complex. The special thing about this beach is the walled bathing bay. Thus, the Playa de la Lajilla with its flat entry is also ideal for unsafe or older swimmers. Here you will meet a relaxed and well-groomed audience of international bathers. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants with a wide view over the bay, which offer local, international cuisine and fresh fish specialties. You can get small snacks and cool drinks in a restaurant right on the water. A short walk and you are at the sandy beach of Playa de Patalavaca. It consists of two bays that are divided by a small stone plateau. A staircase takes you to a promenade where you will find shops with beach equipment and beach clothing as well as bars and restaurants with Spanish and international dishes. Since the bathing season here is all year round, lifeguards always watch over the bathers, so that not only couples and singles but also families with small children feel at home here during the holiday season. Playa de Anfi, also known as Playa de la Verga, is a beautiful, white sandy beach. On the right-hand side it is bordered by a small island that shines in a lush green thanks to the many plants. Behind is the marina. On the other side the beach ends with a pier. The Playa de Anfi is accompanied by a palm-lined promenade, where you will mainly find shops with beach equipment and beach clothing. There is also a shopping center next to it, where other shops, boutiques and a supermarket are waiting for you. But you are also at the right place here if you are hungry in between. There are several restaurants, cafes and even two ice cream parlors where your physical well-being is taken care of. Water sports as far as the eye can see: Sports fans get their money's worth here. On land, a volleyball court is waiting to be used by you. But there is more than enough to do, especially in the water. A water sports provider ensures that there is no boredom. Here you can try everything from jet skiing to banana boat to parasailing. Special package offers make these activities possible even on a tight budget. In the diving school you can get a diving license in addition to various courses. For fans of sea animals there is the possibility to book a whale watching tour in the neighboring marina or to go looking for dolphins. If you don't see any animals, you get a second chance the following day free of charge.
