Less than five miles to the hospital. Great spot for a traveling professional! The space Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with full kitchen, dinning and living room. There is private parking available and a fully fenced in yard. We try our best to stock the house with all the creature comforts to make your stay memorable. This a half acre parcel, with a quarter fully fenced in. There is space for your pets to safely stretch out or for you to plant a few veggies during your stay. Please note, all patio furniture is stored and unavailable during winter months. Guest access Feel free to make yourself at home while respecting the property. Other things to note -No smoking of any kind -No EV charging We are a no party premises. All unapproved guests need apporval before entering property. We also have a good neighbor policy and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. For longer guest bookings of 30 days or more: We provide a welcome kit of cleaning supplies, personal hygiene and cooking essentials, but we do not replenish amenities during the stay. Utilities are included, however we have a cap. We will pay 400$ of the pge bill. We will reach out if your usage is close or has exceeded that. All charges in excess will be passed to the renter. Do not have mail or packages sent to the house address. The post office is a block away. Please set up a P.O. Box. There is a lease agreement to be signed at the time of booking.
