Summit County is Colorado's playground with access to biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, tubing and Dillon reservoir. Guests must follow Colorado's Safer at Home Regulations. See county website (ask for link). Our condo is about 30 minutes away from 5 world class resorts. Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, Copper and A-Basin, you’ll be in the middle of it all. You may require a reservation for skiing @ Vail resorts. Make sure you check ahead of time or feel free to ask for details. Our condo is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Use the common area facilities with a hot tub, indoor pool, game area and (pay) laundry facilities. Excellent views of the Rocky Mountains, and a short walk to the national forest. Currently there are no COVID restrictions in place in common areas. Hot Tub and Indoor Pool may be subject to changing Summit County COVID-19 restrictions. We'll be sure to update you if anything changes. Common area also includes a sauna, foosball and ping pong room, masks optional. This is a complex that includes community indoor heated pool and hot tub. Game room and sauna also included in the community area. We’ll be located between Leadville and Denver - please reach out with any issues but we may not be able to provide anything until next day. Wildernest backs up to White River National Forest and is in the middle of it all. Snowshoe trails are right behind our place, as well as a quick walk up to trail heads for Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Cabin. 5 min from Frisco, 15 from Copper and Keystone and less than a 35 minute drive to Breckenridge and Vail. Free parking with the free summit stage bus system stops right next to the complex. Check out Summit Stage for routes and times. We recommended you have a car if you plan on heading to Breckenridge or Vail as you would need to take three buses, >1.5 hours. This is a condo complex, two of our neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful. Upstairs unit is another owner's rental and you may hear them walking from time to time (especially in ski boots). Lost key fob will be a $100 charge from our HOA, please be careful as we only have one spare. Summit county permit is BCA-79139. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, however, sleeping arrangements only permits 7. Maximum county approved parking is 1 space.
