Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book. The space Your private space has a large room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and private bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a day bed with a trundle (2 twins) The other bedroom has a queen size bed. So actually 6 guest will fit comfortably. You're actually renting 1/2 a house. The house is separated with a door. Guest access You can use all of our property, which includes 3 fishing ponds, 7 acres, a labyrinth, many seating areas, horse shoe pit, fire pit, basketball, 9 hole disc golf, an outdoor cabana with barbque and refrigerator, screened in gazebo and 4 hammocks in our "Hammock Grove". Other things to note We are very near the fairgrounds for events and close to Nevada City and Grass Valley. There are always a lot going on in town. In addition, there are multiple lakes, the beautiful Yuba river, the Empire Mines, and close to many hiking trails. Being in the foothills, we are subject to PGE power outages beyond our control. We do have a generator for our well and to plug in vital things. AC and heater are shared house. thermostat is on our side. please reach out to us adjust if needed. we can do it remotely.
