Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, modern, open planned home. My Abode in Albury is nestled in a quite cul de sac& is within easy reach to Thurgoona Golf Charles Sturt Uni, Albury Base Hospital, Hume Highway& Weir. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment. The comfy lounge is appointed with a smart TV and dining area leads out to covered Alfresco with BBQ. Ideal for professionals or families. Your Abode in Albury! A Home Away From Home The space My Abode in Albury in a modern home with all mod cons that can cater up to 6 people. Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms all fitted with queen beds. Two have built in wardrobes and the third bedroom has a chest of draws (located through the garage and to the left). Kitchen The equipment in the kitchen is easy to use, but there are a few things to note. The food waste bin is in the cupboard under the sink, general waste is next to the refridgerator and spare bags for these can be found in the kitchen drawers. We have provided tea, coffee and sugar located above the stove, along with oil, salt and pepper located in the pantry next to the refridgerator with the microwave. Lounge Sit back and relax on the couch and watch some Netflix or YouTube on the Smart TV with our unlimited WIFI. Simple log in with your account but don't forget to sign out when you leave! Euro Laundry There is a euro laundry located behind the large three sliding doors in the dining area. You will find a washing machine, vacuum, laundry basket, pegs, broom, mop, bucket, iron and ironing board. There is also washing detergent and cleaning products for your use. You can hang clothes on the clothes line outside through the garage door or there is an airer located in the garage. Bathroom The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided and located in the niche of the shower. The bathroom has a double shower, vanity and toilet. Dining Area In the dining area is a table for upto 6 people. There is a highchair also available, located in the garage. Alfresco and Garden. There is an undercover Alfresco with BBQ, table and chairs. The garden is fully fenced. Books and Toys There are some adult and children's books located on the shelves in the kitchen. There are some toys located in the lounge. Heating and Cooling There is a heating and cooling unit located in the dining room. We also have panel heaters and fans fitted in all bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Guest access My Abode in Albury and its amenities are for you to enjoy for the duration of your stay. You will find the pantry and bathroom cupboards have basic necessities to get you started for your stay. Other things to note Check out time is Before 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged Accommodation is available for up to 6 people. Air conditioner controller must be placed back in the cradle Garage door remote must be placed back in its holder in the garage before departure.
