Our cottage is the cleanest, cutest and most convenient in town. Cul de sac street, 2 minutes to the sand, walking distance to everything, movies, shopping ,dining, train station the perfect location! We do allow dogs but there will be a $100 fee which will need to be collected in advance. Sorry but cats not allowed ( over $1000 in damage!) The space This house is perfectly suited for a beach vacation and walking/biking access to everything. It is walking distance to the train station which can take you all the way to downtown or north to LA. Why anyone would want to go to LA I have no idea, but you could! Guest access The good news about this house is it is set up as a full time turn key beach cottage. That means you have access to the entire property, the yards and the garage. No locked out cabinets anywhere the whole house is for you to enjoy! Other things to note There is a strict noise policy, meaning no outside noise past 9pm other than normal conversation. $200 of the deposit is set aside as a noise policy ( it goes to the neighbor who was affected) This has never happened yet mostly because i am careful who i rent to ( I also live next door ) I am sorry if this feels restrictive but many cities are banning short term rentals outright and our city is considering a ban. Our pet fee is $100 and all dogs must be treated for fleas prior to arrival. Thanks for your understanding.
