Your private toilet is just off the (shared) entrance hall - a few ft from your door. New black out blinds + black out curtains, A/ C. Parking on or offsite. Loads of shops, restaurants and transit nearby. Such a great area. So walkable. Sunny Back yard. The space Under the new bed and mattress, are two drawers available, as well as closet space. Coat hooks, and a small desk and chair round out the space. Please note no access to other parts of the house. - no full kitchen, living room etc. It's a fabulous room. It is on a bit of busy street, but, but we have triple glazed windows, and the new pavement. Traffic is so much slower with Covid. And definitely dies Down in the evening. Great sound insulation in the house as well. Guest access The private toilet room, just off the entrance hall, and the private grand bedroom with shower, closets, etc. Parking on the street very close.
