This cosy apartment is ideally located for anybody looking to explore the very best of Montenegro. Right on the sea,Montenegro's famous clear blue water is within arm’s reach. The Bay of Kotor,Herceg Novi and countless Adriatic beaches are all within a short distance. Equally easy to reach are restaurants, stores, large entertainment center Portonovi with playgrounds,a spa and much more. The apartment itself is modern, fully furnished and is spacious to accommodate families with children/friends The space Recently renovated, the apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. To give you a break from the Montenegro’s summer heat, there is air conditioning in every room, as well as double glazed windows. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and all manner of cutlery and cooking utensils. There are three separate bedrooms (2+1+1), as well as a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom on either floor, one with a shower and one with a bath. The two balconies affords excellent views over the water. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Relax and enjoy your stay! Other things to note The host is not responsible for the service continuity of public utilities (electricity, heating or water supply cuts). Please note that upon arrival, we will need to register you at the tourism office. Registration with the government - Under the laws of Montenegro, each foreign tourist is required to register during the first 24 hours of their stay. We will assist you with that at your check in, but you can also register at the tourist information point in front of the Post office in Zelenika or in the travel agency in the old town of Herceg Novi next to the church (the locals call this place Bela Vista). You will need your passport and the address of residence (Zelenika, Dragomirska, 4). There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per day per adult, 0,5 euro per day per teenager (free for children up to 12 years old). The registration is compulsory and is done at the expense of tourists. In the absence of a receipt for payment of registration at the place of stay, the fine when leaving Montenegro is 200 euros. Communication The cost of accommodation includes Internet access and 3 GB of Internet traffic. If this credit is exceeded, you’ll have to pay for internet services yourself (EUR 16 for 3 GB of traffic). During your stay in Montenegro, we also recommend that you buy a local SIM card. It might well prove useful if you need to get in touch, or if you need to call a taxi, book a table or arrange a tour.
