In addition, there is a small adjoining lounge area. Your room is on the upper level with a private bathroom. It has abundant sunshine, original hardwood floors, a closet, workspace and lounge. And a 50" flat screen with Roku You're welcome to use the dining room/lounge area on the first floor and both of the kitchens, but please extend some consideration regarding the fact that it has been a restaurant for 25 years without much upkeep to aesthetic quality. We are always working to make upgrades. The basement has a 1900s "air" about it and is only necessary to visit during a tornado. I have a work space on the lower level. I live in the southeast corner of the building. I will be happy to assist you any time! There is central access to all of Warrensburg's most well-travelled places. There is plenty of parking and immaculate rose bushes all along the property. There is also a garden located in the back. (Please ask for a tour). Peaches and apples are plentiful right now! There are fresh herbs for you if you are a fan of mint, cilantro, and basil. Also, the only magnolia tree in the city resides in the back parking lot area. Within walking distance to the University, downtown and Western Missouri Medical Center, there isn't a lot you can't access from here on foot. A comfortable pair of shoes is recommended - some of the sidewalks are a little uneven. For those who need public transportation, there is a taxi service called ETS (URL HIDDEN) and for an $8 flat fee, they will take you anywhere you need to go within Warrensburg city limits. WAFB is $10 and Sedalia is $10. Please drive slowly to your parking space. My mother and disabled sister live next door in the blue house. The houses are divided by a driveway but share a common backyard. My sister likes to ride her wheelchair in the back parking lot occasionally and help my mother keep the lot tidy.
