The space The recently renovated (2021) apartment is 45 square meters on the 2nd floor. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons, with a lovely 16 square meters terrace, where the guests can enjoy their drinks and meals. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed(1.60 x 2.00). In the living room there is a sofa and dining table where you can relax and watch smart TV 43" or prepare your meals. In the bathroom you can find all the amenities, such as, free toiletries, sleepers, towels and a hair-drier, iron and iron table. In the kitchen area, you can prepare breakfast and other meals, as you can find all electrical appliances and utensils, such as, cooker with hotplates, oven, toaster, an Nespresso coffee machine etc. There are air-conditioning units in all the rooms.
