The 320 m² vacation home can accommodate up to 11 people. On the ground floor of the house is the meeting point with a game room, kitchen, living room with dining area and guest toilet. In the house there are a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a reading room and a game room with a pool table. A terrace, garden and garage were part of the house. On the ground floor of the house you will find a large kitchen where you can prepare your meals together. You have the option to use the dining area directly in the kitchen or to dine together at a large table in the living room. The farmhouse is also at your disposal. Thus, there is also enough space for two or three families, because you can also enjoy the evenings separately from each other. However, the vacation days are best enjoyed together. The large terrace with adjoining garden is available for this purpose. It is so large that even the smallest holiday guests can romp and play without worries. Through the adjacent pastures, the neighboring cows can also be examined and stroked if necessary. With a barbecue evening, the day can be rounded off with a glass of wine and a view of the Ammergau Alps. The living area is equipped with a fireplace, so you can also enjoy the cold winter days. The house has a total of six bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and a small bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet and a sink. On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and have their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-in closet where you can store your holiday clothes. On this floor there is also the billiard room and the ladies' salon. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms with double beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor. The house is so spacious that this place is great for multiple parties. In front of the house you have enough options to park several cars. There are also enough rooms in the basement to park your bicycles and skis.
