Welcome to your serene Oceanside getaway, an upper level 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo located just steps from the sand in a 5 unit complex. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom, full bunks in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to six guests. STR Permit #: 124652 Guest access Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit, all of our properties use timed electronics locks. You will be sent the directions and codes for access, no need to check in with our office! You will also be offered a concierge service if you wish, this includes access to things like pre-stocked groceries, chefs, brewery tours, and more! Other things to note Please be advised, any reservation modification that requires additional payment via Beachfront Only Vacations Rentals' Guest Portal web application. Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning ($250), and Lost and Found returns. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking. This registration form allows the guests to acknowledge the rule related to the property. Guests must submit their email address for access to their guest portal. *THIS UNIT SETS BACK BEHIND A BUILDING & DOES NOT HAVE A SANDY BEACH VIEW, BUT THERE IS AN OCEAN VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND PATIO AREA* PARKING RESTRICTIONS Street sweeping is every 2nd & 4th Monday. No street parking is permitted during that time; violators may be fined by the city.
