Step into this stylish 3 bd, 2 ba condo offering all the amenities needed for your Palm Springs getaway. Situated across the street from the River, a shopping and dining mecca and only a short walk to the Rancho Las Palmas Country Club clubhouse. Our home is loaded with amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing including flat screen TV's in all the rooms, outdoor Barbecue, indoor/outdoor dining, central A/C, and contiguous to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. Other things to note Occupancy Our property has a maximum occupancy, two per room. We do not provide maid service for the duration of your stay. If you would like maid service, we will gladly arrange this for you. All occupants must abide by the complex rules and regulations. Sorry – NO PETS of any kind. If Sunday falls during your stay, please be sure to take the trash cans out to the curb after 12PM Sunday and brought back in no later than 5PM Monday. Arrival Procedures 1.Key code will be given in your arrival email. 2.Your name will be on file at front gate. 3.Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Departure Procedures 1.Please turn off all lights, TV’s, stereos, oven range, heater/AC and any other appliances or electronic devices. 2.Lock all doors and windows; draw all curtains, shades and blinds. 3.Loss of garage remote will result in an additional charge. 4.Our home is rented with the understanding that you will leave the property in reasonably the same condition as you found it when you checked in. Please wash dishes, take out garbage and feel free to begin a load of sheets or towels. 5.If the unit has been soiled beyond normal usage or if there is excessive laundry, you will be charged an additional housekeeping fee of $25.00 plus $25.00 per hour. 6.Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
