The building, built in 1928 can only accommodate for cars shorter than 5’4”. No car, no problem! We are a within a stone's-throw of public transportation in and out of the city - you can stay local or minimize your environmental impact at your leisure. As a note, there is no pet relief on the roof, if you bring up your pup, please encourage them to use the facilities before heading upstairs. Other things to note This condo is in the middle of party city, you will be able to hear city noises outside. Garbage disposal shall not be used for food or other refuse. The pipes are not sturdy enough to handle large food items. Animals and pet guests have access to grass two blocks away. There's no pet place for pet relief on or in the building. Ask questions if you're having difficulty setting up the projector or sound system. Parking is limited to 5'4" which is good for most sedans and smaller utility vehicles - be sure to double check for your needs!
